Dr. Robert Pendergraft To All Instructors

Dr. Pendergraft serves as Associate Professor and Hagan Chair of Church Music at UMHB and Associate Pastor at First Baptist Church of Salado. He holds the Doctor of Philosophy degree in Church Music from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Robert was the recipient of an inaugural Teacher/Scholar Grant from the Calvin Institute for Christian Worship in 2019. He previously served as President of the Southern Baptist Church Music Conference and is on the Steering Committee for the Evangelical Theological Society Biblical Worship Section.
